TM1 is proud to announce that we are beginning an investment fund

The Fund will seek to generate compelling risk-adjusted returns by focusing on consistent annual cash yield and downside protection, while also seeking upside by buying assets at discounted pricing and/or implementing value-add strategies. Additionally, in response to many of the inequities illuminated during this period of time, the Fund will focus on concurrently delivering a positive societal impact by actively investing alongside a greater base of diverse operating partners. TM1 will seek to deploy 10%+ of the equity commitments in the Fund alongside projects operated by underrepresented minorities.
